Design Concept — Timeless Home for Three Generations

Reborn from the memory of the old house, this 1,500 sq.m. residence brings three generations together under one roof. Guided by the philosophy “One House, Many Lives,” the design connects memories, individuality, and harmony across generations. The ground floor reinterprets the mother’s beloved vintage pieces into an Asian–European Modern Classic narrative full of warmth and heritage. The second floor forms the heart of the home — a living and pantry area connected to a heated pool and spa for family gatherings. The third floor belongs to the middle son’s family, featuring an art studio, the mother’s gallery, and a private music & home theater space. Levels four and five are dedicated to the eldest daughter and youngest son — two duplex wings with distinct characters, joined by a central atrium embracing a symbolic olive tree. The daughter’s side reflects Modern Classic Contemporary elegance — refined, serene, and subtly feminine. The son’s side embodies Modern Loft with Scandinavian warmth — free-spirited, grounded, and personal. The rooftop completes the story with a prayer room and a lush herb garden, where the mother finds calm and joy in everyday living. A timeless home that celebrates love, individuality, and togetherness across generations.
